GENERAL

HATHA

Nourish your being! This Hatha Yoga class helps bring peace to the mind and body and soothe the soul through the practice of classical yoga postures and breathing exercises.

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Great for yoga beginners.

YIN YANG

Balance your life! This balanced yoga class blends slow-paced and dynamic elements into one yoga practice. The dynamic sequences and postures of Yang yoga bring strength and flexibility while the breath works and relaxation exercises of Yin yoga work on the deep connective tissues and joints in the body.

 

June’s class balances the Yang yoga practices for the first half of the class with Yin yoga practices for the second half of the class. Alternatively, Janet’s class is a half-and-half mixed Yin-Yang instead of separating Yin and Yang into two parts of the class.  

 

Both suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Great for yoga beginners.

YOGALATES

Yogalates is a cohesive practice that integrates yoga and pilates together perfectly to improve your flexibility and mindfulness as well as to strengthen and tone your muscles.

CORE+ARM

This class is designed to teach students how to build strength and flexibility in your torso with arm balances, incorporating a variety of core-centric poses and diving deeper into inversion poses.  

 

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent yoga practice. 

INVERSIONS

Turn yourself upside down! Inversion yoga is an advanced class that involves upside down poses where the head is below the heart to help overcome fear and improve circulation and immunity.

MELLOW

RELAXING STRETCH

Relax and release! This class involves slow paced stretching practices for stress relief and body recovery from stiffness and unwanted tension. You will practice at a higher temperature environment to have a better stretch during the class.  

 

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Great for yoga beginners. 

GENTLE STRETCH x SINGING BOWL

Let go of stress! This fusion class combines restorative deep stretching exercises with sound therapy derived from singing bowels in order to help you cultivate a meditative state of mind, improve autonomic nervous system balance and release tension deep inside the body as well.

 

The class consists of two major sessions: 45min gentle stretching and 20min singing bowl, led by our experienced yoga teacher Janet.  

 

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Great for yoga beginners.

BACK CARE

Dealing with back pain? Incorporating series of stretching and strengthening exercises with focus on core and lower back, this Hatha-based class is specially designed to strengthen the back muscles and attain a proper posture to prevent and relieve lower back pains.  

 

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Great for yoga beginners. Perfect for office ladies and people with back pain. 

YIN

This class is slow-paced and meditative yoga practice where poses passively held for longer period, accessing deeper layers of connective tissues of the body to expand flexibility and improve energy flow.

FLOW

VINYASA FLOW

Smooth the moves! This Vinyasa Flow class consists of a series of synchronised movements that strings postures together with breath, emphasising the fluid and smooth transitions between poses.  

 

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.

POWER VINYASA

Power up! This fitness-based yoga class will guide you through a full body yoga workout incorporating the athleticism of Ashtanga and a variety of vinyasa-style yoga practices  

 

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent yoga practice.

DETOX VINYASA

Renew yourself! This class consists of a series of twisting postures and movements with specific breathing exercises to removes the physical and emotional impurities of your body. It helps facilitate cleansing, stimulate digestion and calm your mind.  

 

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent yoga practice. Not suitable for pregnant women.

SLOW FLOW

Slow it down! Slow Flow is a combination of vinyasa flow and Hatha Yoga in a gentle nature. This class leads you to experience different postures and  transitions between poses in a slower rhythm, in order to strengthen and master your patience as well as willpower.

AERIAL

AERIAL FLOW

Let your body fly around! This class is a vinyasa-based practice that emphasises the fluid movement and transitions between poses with the support of hammocks.  

 

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent yoga practice. 

AERIAL BEGINNER

Try to fly your body! This modern type of yoga class combines the physical practice of traditional yoga poses with the elements of acrobatics through the use of a hammock, focusing on foundation knowledge and practices to help you get started with aerial yoga.

 

Suitable and perfect for yoga beginners.

AERIAL STRETCH

This class helps decompress your joints and align your body to deeply stretch and strengthen your muscles by using a hammock to work against the force of gravity.  

 

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Great for yoga beginners.

WHEEL

WHEEL STRETCH

This class incorporates a series of stretching postures enhanced by making use of yoga wheel to have a deeper stretch when rolling the body.

WHEEL FLOW

This class is a vinyasa practice making use of yoga wheels to assist in advanced yoga postures, and help balance and stretch various parts of the body.
