This 15-hour Wheel Yoga Teacher Training Programme is designed for
Yoga teachers to expand their teaching repertoire and
Yoga practitioners who have been practising regularly to deepen their yoga practice.
You Will Learn:
Deeper understanding of yoga anatomy, asana, and teaching through an experiential way of learning.
The knowledge needed to develop a safe and efficient practice which suitable for different body types.
Prepare trainees Using the wheel as a prop to prepare your body for advanced practice, work on variations in back bend, forward bend, inversions & arm balance
Preparing students for intermediate
4 themed sequence to develop flexibility & stability for different types of body
Using Yoga Wheel to Assist, Support, Deepen and Realign your own back bending practice
Daily stability & flexibility sessions for developing pain-free back bending practice
Anatomical analysis for different types of back bend asanas
Anatomical analysis for different types of body
Art of Sequencing

This Programme will be conducted in a 3-Pillar approach:
Yoga Anatomy - what you need to "warm up" to get you in different poses in a safer & more efficient way?
Anatomical Analysis - what is YOUR (Your Student's) alignment for different types of yoga poses?
Knowledge on using the wheel as a prop to deepen the practice for you & your students - step by step, at ease and in a safe manner
Back Bend: King Dancer Pose, King Pigeon Pose, Chin Stand, Locust Pose, Bow Pose, Wheel Pose and its variations
Inversion: Headstand, Forearm Stand, Tripod Headstand and its variations
Other practice: Forward Bend, Leg Stretches, Balancing (Leg & Arm), Core work
Teaching & Sequencing
Teaching Skills: Effective verbal cues, Efficient use of props, Appropriate and effective hands on assistance & adjustment
Sequencing: Transiting your class planning from Beginner to Mixed Levels & Intermediate level
Your Training Instructor
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tiffany started her first yoga in 2004. Yoga was merely a kind of exercise to keep her body mobile after long working hours every day when she was working in the Media Industry. In 2013, she had an accident and hurt her back and this is how she got re-introduced to yoga during her rehabilitation journey. Knowing how yoga benefits her physically and mentally, Tiffany has the vision of letting more people experience the benefits of yoga by making yoga accessible to all walks of life.
Her teachings are progressive, with each practice accessible for beginners yet challenging for more experienced practitioners. She brings in the practices of Mindfulness, short meditation and breathing exercises to her class. Through a combination of mindful exploration and quiet awareness, she offers students the chance to reconnect with their heart and spark a positive transformation that extends far beyond the four corners of the mat.
As much as Tiffany enjoys practicing yoga asana, she believes it is the science behind yoga that actually makes yoga therapeutic and beneficial to all walks of life, she continues on deepening her knowledge of how yoga benefits human body and mind in different ways by studying further. Apart from a RYT® 500, she is also a Registered Children Yoga Teacher, Registered Pre-natal Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Wheel and Aerial Hammock Teacher. Tiffany is currently taking a Diploma in Acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine) in the University to explore the various ways of mind-body healing thru the combination of yoga and Traditional Chinese wisdom.
