CAN YOU EAT JUNK FOOD AND STILL LOSE FAT?

 

🍔 答案係可以架!Of course you can!🍟

 

To lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit. It doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you eat below maintenance calories. But keep in mind, you still need to get a balanced macro and micro nutrients for your body to stay healthy!

By eating just junk food all day long, but still staying in a caloric deficit you will lose fat. But this is very unhealthy and promotes heavy diseases. So enjoy yourself, but don't over do it!

要有效地減肥,你需要消耗足夠的熱量。無論你吃了什麼,只要你吃的熱量低於你所消耗的,你就能達到減肥的效果。但是也要緊記,均衡的飲食可以幫助你的身體保持健康!
