What are the service plan options at FIT LAB?

Customers can freely choose 3 months to 12 months standard membership plan.

 關於團體健身課堂

 ABOUT GROUP X CLASS

What are the Online Booking Policies?

1. Online schedule booking opens at 9:00am daily.

2. Classes can be booked 3 days in advance.

3. Cancellation for reservation is 24 hours before class start.

4. Cancellation for reservation within 24 hours of class start will be counted as Late Cancel.

(Popup notification in app will be shown, late cancel/no-show recorded and there will be no charges.)

5. 3 or more cumulative late cancellation and/or no-shows from 1st to 30th/31st of every month will result in online booking suspension for 7 days. Cumulative record will reset from 1st day of the month.

6. Waitlist members will receive an email for available space of upcoming class. Confirmation is needed to successfully register for the available space.
