for Yoga Teachers and
continue your education in anatomy, therapeutics and yoga for spinal health.

advocate a pain free lifestyle through posture alignment with balance of strength and mobility in the musculoskeletal system.
Our 15-hour Back Care Yoga Teacher Training will include, but not limited to, the following topics:
Introduction of therapeutic use of yoga
Guiding principles of Back Care Yoga
Functional Anatomy and biomechanics of the spine
Observation, body analysis and screening for:
Limited joints mobility
Muscles tightness and weakness
A list of adaptive asanas for students with specific conditions (e.g. low back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, knee pain, neck pain, hip pain etc.)
Asana analysis for individual optimal alignments, with and without the use of props
Integration of the subtle awareness of asana practice to optimal daily postural alignment
Integration of yogic healing arts and sciences to properly address student injury and pain in group classes or private classes
Incorporation of Oriental Intelligence - the use of acupressure points for common ailments

Art of Sequencing
Curation of sequence with therapeutic benefits for common ailments related to spinal health
Curation of Back Care Yoga Courses guiding clients/students progression with balance and prevention of chronic pain
Art of Adjustment
Techniques to guide students towards optimal alignment, sense of internal movement, and flow of subtle awareness through the body
Your Training Instructor
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tiffany started her first yoga in 2004. Yoga was merely a kind of exercise to keep her body mobile after long working hours every day when she was working in the Media Industry. In 2013, she had an accident and hurt her back and this is how she got re-introduced to yoga during her rehabilitation journey. Knowing how yoga benefits her physically and mentally, Tiffany has the vision of letting more people experience the benefits of yoga by making yoga accessible to all walks of life.
Her teachings are progressive, with each practice accessible for beginners yet challenging for more experienced practitioners. She brings in the practices of Mindfulness, short meditation and breathing exercises to her class. Through a combination of mindful exploration and quiet awareness, she offers students the chance to reconnect with their heart and spark a positive transformation that extends far beyond the four corners of the mat.
As much as Tiffany enjoys practicing yoga asana, she believes it is the science behind yoga that actually makes yoga therapeutic and beneficial to all walks of life, she continues on deepening her knowledge of how yoga benefits human body and mind in different ways by studying further. Apart from a RYT® 500, she is also a Registered Children Yoga Teacher, Registered Pre-natal Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Wheel and Aerial Hammock Teacher. Tiffany is currently taking a Diploma in Acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine) in the University to explore the various ways of mind-body healing thru the combination of yoga and Traditional Chinese wisdom.
