Day 5:
Teaching practice; Written test; Perform your flow
Day 6:
Teaching practice; Teaching practicum

Karine
Karine’s aerial dance journey started in 2015. Karine’s aerial dance journey didn’t sail very smoothly with a minimal dance background and weak body conditioning. Throughout these years, she slowly developed better body coordination, gained more strength and active & passive flexibility, she was able to execute aerial dance more elegantly.
Karine’s teaching style is fun yet attentive. Her top priority is to help students achieve their goals safely - hence intensive warm-ups, conditioning exercises, and effective cool-down exercises are never neglected in every class.
Accredited Qualification:
RYT 200, Yoga Alliance
Certified Level 1 AntiGravity® Instructor, AntiGravity® Fitness
Accredited XPERT Aerial Hoop Instructor
